I just want to take a minute and thank you for handling our perfect escape to The Grand Luxxe in Nuevo Vallarta. It helped that you have been to this location and were able to give us helpful hints about the property and restaurants around town that we could walk to.
The resort was gorgeous and we were able to see the most beautiful sunsets ever. We don't get many of those in Texas. It is hard to find customer service today that is sincere and delivered with a passion. You listened to all our requests and we can't thank you enough. Keep up the good job and help us plan our trip for next summer to Riviera Maya.

I appreciated the fact that you have traveled extensively and have visited many of the properties you recommended. Choosing Montecristo Estates for its privacy was perfect for us. We were able to play at the resort all day and go back to our own villa and pool later in the day. It was a vacation to remember. My kids talk about it all the time and can't wait to go back.

I wanted thank you for making our Annual Anniversary trip a huge success once again! The Grand Luxxe in Riviera Maya, Mexico was amazing. The room, service, restaurants, and appearance of the resort far surpassed our expectations (the room looked exactly like it did on the website). It was absolutely beautiful. It rained the first couple of days, but that didn’t stop any of the fun. The entertainment staff had us participating in various activities offered during the days spent here.
We wanted to let you know that we are so appreciative for all of the work you put into helping us plan our trips. Can’t wait to speak to for next year’s trip!

We had a great time at the The Grand Regina and Brian and I owe it all to you. You really put us in a great location and also great place to be at as well. The staff there was very attentive and it felt as if I was at a Lexus dealership. The only draw back I had was the check in. It took us almost 2 hrs. to check in and they kept telling us 15 more minutes. Other than that. The food and sun and of course the booze was great.
